  • The wig lace must remain uncut.
  • The wig and hair extensions must be in their original, untampered condition with all packaging intact.

• Non-Returnable Products:

  • Any product that has been customized, worn, altered, or tampered with is ineligible for return or refund.
  • Hygiene and safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns for used or altered hair products.

• Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.
