A: Our hair lines include:

Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care and use of recommended products, our hair lasts 2–3 years or longer.

 

Q: Are your wigs and extensions made with 100% human hair?
A: Yes, all our products are crafted with 100% ethically sourced human hair.

 

Q: Do you offer custom wigs?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in custom wig designs tailored for alopecia clients and style enthusiasts who want to regularly switch up their look.

 

Q: What are Integrated Hair Toppers?
A: Our Tammy Benz Hair Toppers are designed with open wefts for easy blending, allowing your natural hair to pull through for a seamless finish. No glue is required unless the topper includes a lace front.

 

 

ORDERING & SHIPPING

A: Orders can be placed directly through our website. For custom pieces, email us at info@tammybenz.com or DM us with your request.

 

Q: What is your processing time?
A: Standard processing is 5–7 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders vary based on design and will be communicated at the time of order.

 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship globally. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

 

CONCIERGE & INSTALLATION SERVICES

 

Q: Do you offer installation services?
A: Yes. We specialize in exclusive sew-ins, wig installs, and concierge beauty services, available for both local and travel clients.

 

Q: What is the Travel Concierge Service?
A: Our Tí Luxe Travel Concierge offers on-location hair services for high-end clients who prefer personalized, private glam sessions. We travel from the East to the West Coast.

 

Q: How do I book a travel appointment?
A: Send a request through our contact form, email, or DM. Include your location, desired service, and date. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.

 

HAIR CARE & MAINTENANCE

Q: What products do you recommend for your hair extensions?
A: We recommend sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Light serums or oils help maintain shine and softness. Avoid heavy products that may weigh down the hair.

 

Q: Can I color or bleach the hair?
A: Yes, all of our 100% human hair can be colored or bleached by a professional stylist. We recommend deep conditioning treatments to maintain hair integrity after chemical processing.
